Listed below are the names of our wonderful team and a sample of their duties.  Everyone works as a team in the best interest of the community.  Our staff goes above and beyond not only to help each other, but to make incredible things happen.  Decisions and duties of United Way staff are governed by our Board of Directors.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Denise Smith

Executive Director

  • Lead organization
  • Support staff, volunteers, and partners
  • Ensure minimal overhead to maximize community impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners

Macy Barnett

Director of Finance & Administration

  • Handle transactions in accordance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Keep, record, prepare and report financial happenings
  • Review financial status of agencies for endorsement 

Chad Clevenger

Director of Community Impact

  • Lead the process for benchmarking the health and social conditions of the communities in our service area
  • Direct the successful community investment process to facilitate achievement of the agency's strategic goals
  • Establish, communicate and plan impact strategies that will achieve measureable, positive and lasting change in people's lives and community conditions
  • Lead and supervise the community impact volunteers and their efforts by supporting the translation of the strategic goals into tactical and measurable plans; manage the implementation of the plans

Lori Miller

Administrative Assistant

  • Provide clerical support for each interoffice department and direct general communications
  • Maintain volunteer and campaign databases, supplies and recycling
  • Log daily campaign funds
  • Support staff
